How and Where to Place a Pendant Lamp?

Hanging lamps design, glass, antique- There are many different shapes and materials with which we can enjoy a pendant lighting depending on the type of house we have and the spaces in which it is to be used. Typically we can always put one unless the house is large in which case it is advisable not to abuse because hanging lamps not only give light to the room but also is a crucial and essential decorative element. 

A few guidelines on where and how we can put a pendant lamp:

• Never more than one unless we have a big house. Even in that case only, we could put more strategically.

• We can only put them in places of no passage because otherwise, we could hit with it, nor can we put them in areas where we are going to be seated.

• Keep in mind that the hanging lamp when entering the room will be the first thing we see, so we have to think about where we want to divert attention.

• If the lamp is placed on a dining table the distance as a minimum, from the point closest to the table to it, should be about 70 centimeters.

You can innovate with the pendant lighting on the dining tables. Mixing styles and materials always give a bold and fashionable decorative touch. On a table with straight lines, be it steel, glass or wood, a real or even modern glass or antique lamp reinventing the old style would look good. If the table is rectangular and quite pronounced, we could put two more small lamps.
